ORDERING PROCESS
1) If you have any questions / custom design requests / or would like a free sample before ordering, please get in touch through the Contact link in the right hand column.
2) When you know the design and type of stationery you require, add to cart, and select the quantity you need for your special event.
3) Please complete payment via Paypal (you don't need a paypal account - you can use your credit or debit card instead).
4) I will contact you to request information about dates, wording, and confirm details on any trimmings or colours required.
5) When I have received your wording and trimmings requests, I will create a sample within 1-2 weeks to be approved by you. If you would like to change some aspects, I will be happy to make another proof for your approval. Please note that all proof reading and spell checking is your responsibility and if any spelling/wording mistakes are noticed after the final proof has been approved, then any reprinting will be charged for.
6) Once you have agreed the final proof, I will always aim to send out orders within 4 weeks. However, during busy periods or for very large orders this may not always be possible, so please allow for longer. If you require an order in a hurry, please contact me and I will see what I can do.
7) I will post orders to mainland UK via 1st Class Special Delivery (this is a signed for service so someone will need to be present to receive delivery). If you are in the rest of the EU please contact me for postage details and prices.

All items should only be used for the purpose for which they are intended. In particular, items with trimmings (for example, buttons, ribbons, and rings) are NOT suitable for babies or young children, due to small parts.
VARIATIONS ON SCREEN
If you have any specific questions about an item, please contact me before purchasing. I have described and shown all designs on this website as accurately as possible. However, please note that colours you see on this website will vary depending on the settings of your computer monitor. I will send a printed proof to you for approval before completing your whole order.
VARIATIONS OF HAND-FINISHED
Although I always aim to match colours as closely as possible, colours may vary slightly when printed on different paper/card. If you request trimmings (for example, ribbons or buttons) then I can post you samples of the trimmings to be used on your stationery.
I create samples and proofs as accurately as possible to describe and represent the final products.
Due to items being hand finished, there may be very slight variations from the website image or final proofs compared to your finished products, due to the hand placement of trimmings. Please note, however, I will ONLY send out items when I am happy with their finish and quality.
COPYRIGHT
You are responsible for ensuring and obtaining any neccessary permission to use any material (for example hymns, lyrics, poems, readings) you ask Original Minnie to include within your stationery.
All the intellectual property rights from designs and artwork sold from this website remain the property of Original Minnie.
