Returns

Original Minnie wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible.

NON-ALTERED OR NOT-CUSTOMISED ORDERS: 

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, a full refund or replacement can be provided (for the original selling price of the item plus P&P delivery costs, but not the return P&P delivery costs). The item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order; and be unused in the original packaging; and be in a re-sellable condition. I must recieve the item/s in this condition before I can send the refund/replacement.

CUSTOMISED OR PERSONALISED ORDERS:

PLEASE NOTE returns can NOT be granted on orders/items which have been personalised or customised for you in any way. This includes the ready-to-go, alteration, and bespoke services. I offer a sampling service for wedding/special event stationery orders to allow the customer to see design proofs before the final printing and making occurs. Samples can be altered to taste until the customer is completely happy with the design, however, once the final proofs have been approved by the customer no returns/refunds can be made.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR INCORRECT / MISSPELT ORDERS?

No. When you approve the final sample proof, you will accept all responsibility for the wording, spellings, information, and layout of the design. I cannot accept returns due to any mistakes or errors found after the final proof has been approved. If any changes are required after final proof has been approved then reprinting will be charged for.

HOW DO I SEND A RETURN BACK?

Firstly, if you would like to return any orders, please contact me before returning any items. Sorry, but if an item gets lost in the post when you are returning it, I cannot provide a refund or exchange, unless you can provide a copy of proof of postage for the item. I recommend you send returns back via Special Recorded Delivery. The postage costs to return items are the customer's responsiblity unless the return is due to a faulty item or shipping error made by Original Minnie.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact Original Minnie if an order does not arrive. I will post orders via a tracked service, so will be happy to help you try to track down where the delivery has gone to. 
If you provided the wrong address or move to a different address without notifying Original Minnie however, we will not be responsible for lost or delayed deliveries. If your order/s need to be redelivered, you will be charged for the extra cost. Please check the delivery and contact details you provide to us.

REFUND METHOD 

In the unfortunate event that a refund is required, refunds will be credited to the SAME card or account originally used to make the purchase.
